The iconic HUGO BOSS store on Hamburg’s prestigious Neuer Wall is popular far beyond the city’s borders. The challenge of this project was to build within the existing structure and store, particularly right next to the Town Hall and the Alster, in the heart of the bustling city center. During the intensive three-month refurbishment of the retail space, covering almost 1,000 m² across two floors, we took care to retain as much of the existing structure as possible, in the interests of sustainability.
